Strategies for improving Universal Health Care Delivery System

Several suggestions have been made in terms of strategies which would improve the universal health care delivery system. There are three major suggestions which seem to be in the forefront. These suggestions for change are (1) Repair the Affordable Care Act (ACA) (2)Public Option for people 55 to 64 . (3) Medicare for All

In week 5 you are to discuss Public Option for people 55 to 64. In essence the Public Option sometimes called Medicare Buy-In(MBI) would permit these individuals to purchase Medicare coverage if the Public Option were enacted into law. Since there are a couple of programs referred to as MBI, the one you are to analyze is the Public Option proposal. This proposal is not enacted into law yet.
