PICOT Question

How to Come Up with a PICOT Question

I need help to come up with a PICOT question. The idea I have in my mind is about increasing knowledge about contraception through the use of contraceptive counseling cue cards to women of reproductive age . This is for a DNP project, the project has to be evidence-based practice. In other word, the PICOT question has to be an evidence-based practice question, not a research question. I am planning to do this project at a private OB/GYN clinic.
I need to submit a PICOT question and a brief statement with the rationale for why the topic was selected. Please help out.
