Nursing Care for Mr. John

Based on the medication given to Mr. John, it seems that he is on the recovery path. Therefore, there is a great need to integrate evidenced-based practiced when treating Mr. John depression since it as resulted in attempted suicide, eating disorder as well as self-inflicted hurts. Therapy appears to be the best decision. Nevertheless, before initiating the therapy, there is a need for him to adhere to his medication as well as lowering levels of stress.
