Transmission of contiguous disease in the workplace conditions and the difficult labor market situation has an influence on the employee health status and the benefits of the company. Therefore, it should be recommended to implement hygiene policy for every layer of employment in order to reduce transmission where every employee should maintain routine sanitization (Weimer & Vining, 2017). Moreover, vaccination policy should be implemented for every employee for reducing the transmission of the disease, which in turn provide a safe and healthy workplace environment (Watts et al., 2015).
Question 2.
At present time, since the burden of disease is considerably high, effective vaccination program is mandatory for certain populations where legislation plays a massive role. However, for individuals who are refused to take part in the mandatory program, sound knowledge about the epidemiology of the disease, risk factors of the disease and preventive nature of vaccination and herd immunity should be provided without threatening their dignity and disrespecting their personal beliefs (Watts et al., 2015). Since it is a personal choice, I would not implement a mandatory program rather a session can be arranged with the support of ethical guideline before every program where every individual can reveal his or her point of view and decision making for taking part in the program. Policy can be implemented in the workplaces and school for a safe and healthy environment (Weimer & Vining, 2017). The infection control methods I would like to utilize involve standard precautions, hand hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, waste disposal, safe infection practice (Weimer & Vining, 2017).

In the first post, you have mentioned that loss of productivity in the workplace is a major concern since it is an economic burden USA. Moreover, you have discussed healthy workplace project and focuses on the reducing disease in the workplace. This approach with the help of the supporting paper really (2014) is appreciable since it is literature based. Besides you have discussed the way of reducing the disease is commendable but personal belief you could have taken into consideration. Moreover, your paid sick leave concept is also unique since it would encourage the employee to adhere to their job.
In the second post, you have mentioned herd immunity, which is commendable since a very number of individual acknowledge the affectivity. However, you forget to mention the infection control method.

In the first post, you have mentioned the mandatory flu vaccination with the support of Nash et al. (2016) which is appreciable since the burden is quite high, which increases the morbidity rate and it, has literature evidence.
In the second post, you have mentioned the mandated program and assuring people about the devastating reaction of the vaccination is very rare. This approach is appreciable, however, rather than assuring this educational approach can be taken and personal decision-making can be respected. Moreover, your infection control method is quite accurate but there is a scope of taking another approach to infection control.
