Answer:
For my opinion evidence, based practice committee offers a streamlined approach for enhancing the medical practice decision based on the existing research.
No, I have not served a hospital committee before, but I have assisted the members of the hospital during my internship in nursing in bringing reports and actions of recommendations for the boards.
However, while reading Benner’s model of Novice to expert I find myself similar to an expert while dealing with patient care over the period. I have also seen that I am regularly enhancing my skills with many experiences in the hospital I workers.
While comparing myself with an expert service provider I find myself someone like the novice-nursing provider, as I have just completed my internship. I prefer seeking guidance while dealing with various protocols and manuals. Utilising knowledge a nurse, one can also utilise the problem of the patients with proper technique thereby preventing the tragedy from occurring (Azpiri, 2018). Now when I look back, I can carefully remembers the unit I have worked for, clearly looking back to my work when I started the nursing job. In this, I could highly recommend you take part in nursing committee if you have not taken part in it for seeking that changes policy that take place in the hospital.
Although I have worked as an expert, so you will not have much problem in dealing with the patient related issues. However, taking part in the hospital committee will help you I offering streamlined approach for enhancing medical practice based on existing research (Titler, 2018). This is because the program is based on the guidance to help the nurse to make decision thereby motivating professional growth. Therefore, I would suggest you to take part in the hospital committee for enhancing knowledge and skills provided with the development of working career in the clinical studies and practice.
