Reflection of my participation on safety and hygiene at the community level

My participation in community hygiene and safety practice entailed my involvement in various activities which were aimed at promoting the hygiene of the community. Effective planning and my participation in this task was a great opportunity for me to express my skills and values to the community. For effective planning and implementation, organizing the community and seeking their participation through involving them in the process was essential.

This was a sign of showing clear perspective and counselling them on the need for improved hygiene both at home and at the community. This essence showed them the spiritual essence of taking care of the environment as a universe which all of us cohabitates and stays. My participation encultivated the need for sense of hope of how to take care of their own hygiene and always follow basic guidelines and principles which entails safe hygiene practices.

My engagement with the community was essential in giving back to the community in which it gives them motivation to carry on with their daily activities of ensuring promotion of safety and hygiene at the household and personal hygiene. By involving other community members showed the essence of team work which guides appreciating the beauty and health benefits of staying hygienically safe.

My participation in this promotion of health and safety in the community contributed to enhancing values of co-operation, teamwork, team spirit, gaining consciousness of the health state of the community. Positive strengths built were the need for involving community members on the need for building social services which enhances safety and hygiene.

Community participation in community project helps in enhancing the sustainability of the community action such as engaging on safety and hygiene practices. Community involvement ensures that other resources are utilised effectively. Water use will be used effectively and hygiene facilities like the toilets are effectively utilised. Building personal strengths and values of love was essential. Showing the community the love you have for them for prevention of diseases and promoting health and hygiene is essential in promoting healthy population.
