There will be two attachments. The first attachment will be the rubric for this review of literature paper. The second attachment will be the PICOT questions, along with a short essay. This question is the papers topic. This essay has to be incorporated along with the references. So with the additional two references that are with this essay plus the four references that I need you to complete will make a total of six references. - Review of the Literature Paper (30% of total grade)
Identify a problem that you have encountered in your nursing practice as a student. The problem could be a procedural practice, a communication problem, or a decision-making problem. Create a problem statement and a research question relevant to the problem.
Do a literature review to identify articles that relate to the research question. Select a minimum of 6 articles (including a minimum of 2 qualitative and 2 quantitative) and submit a list of the 6 articles you are using.
Write a reflective reading summarizing the problem and where the research points on this problem. Be sure to include the potential areas for further study.
Paper must be in APA format and submitted on Blackboard.
