According to the author, it is important and beneficial to include reflective practice in the daily routine of training session. It could help others to understand the importance of reflective practice and it can be treated as practical evidence. Another fact, which is not mentioned in the paper is that, people need to understand that qualifying a course is not adequate. People should consider that how the practice process helps them to improve their skills (Schön 2017). The information provided by the author is reliable, still the details of his experience could help people to accept the positive impacts of reflective practice in an effective manner.
