The products and services provided Google are unique and promising as they aim to bring innovation to the technological world (Google.com 2018).

Google LLC is a company which aims to bring in innovation and revolutionize the world of technology. The key aspects that make Google unique from other technology companies are:

- Committed and competent employees who aim to bring in innovation
- Leaders have degree of trust on the employees and have been empowered to remove obstacles in their path
