Aims is to see the Tnf-a expression didnt enhance or reduce Running cells which is adipocytes and trying to treat these cells with a specific kind of peptide which can be used in the cardiac. It will be ghrelin hormone treating adipocytes.

Treating the adipocytes with ghrelin hormones because ghrelin has an interaction to the cardiovascular system as well as obesity. The inflammatory marker is TNF-α. Tnf-a is known as a pro inflammatory Adipocytes secrets many pro inflammatory markers including tnf-a adipokines and many more, we are looking at tnf-a is a pro inflammatory which leads to inflammation

Hypothesis: to see the ghrelin reducing Null: when is gonna increase Method : 275 words We have the cells in our flask we add ghrelin to it and left them for 10nm concentration for 24hrs we take the superintend we collect it, we want to measure the tnf-a protein expression from the suppereinated after treating the adipocytes which is 3t3 L1s, tnf-a is present all over its not only of adipocytes, we run ELISA If the tnf-a protein expression reduced we can use the ghrelin as a potential treatment with obesity but if the ghrelin increase the Tnf- a that’s bad news the inflammation increase and will kill the patients and that’s give an indication of potential treatment
